:30 second side plank leg raise :: harder use light blue // easier use dark blue band around your calves

10 SLOW single leg raise :: harder use light blue // easier dark blue band 3 inches above your knees

1 minute hold super woman hold :: orange on hands & light blue around calves activate and press outward keep core engaged
