What is the Lioness Academy?
The Lioness Academy encapsulates everything we believe—move+fuel+mind—move your body, fuel your body, feed your mind. Becoming the best version of yourself isn’t just about the number on the scale or the weights on the barbell, it has to also come from within. What you eat and fuel your body with is just as important. We don’t believe in counting calories, we believe in intuitive eating and science-backed information to help propel you forward. But it doesn’t stop there, the foundation for this to all work smoothly comes from having a positive mindset. Working with us through The Lioness Academy means obtaining knowledge from a combined 20 years of experience. You’ll receive health-coaching, nutrition-coaching, and your own workout plan. This is a hands-on experience where you receive 1-on-1 coaching as well as the group-setting experience—aka more incredible women to cheer you on. This community that we’ve created is truly something special and we look forward to your presence. But! This isn’t for everyone. You have to be ready to make this change in your life—no one else can do it for you. You have be willing to put in the effort and be present for the other women in The Lioness Academy. Our mission is to educate and empower women through MOVE FUEL MIND. We emphasize taking care of our whole being—mind, body + soul—and not just the physical. We believe that in order to become our best selves, we must move our body, fuel our body, and feed our minds. We strive to constantly expand our hearts + live out our deepest dreams and desires. We seek to devote our energy + invest our time in what really matters—the Earth and it’s people. We will always be there for one another to help each lioness reach their goals and uncover their true potential. We want to redefine what it means to be “healthy” and ensure that includes not just our physical body, but internal being as well.
