Orange Sesame Honey Chicken Salad

2-4 chicken breasts

1 purple onion : chopped
2 oranges : peeled and diced

what to do
Mix the coconut aminos acids, fresh squeezed oranges, sesame oil & sesame seeds combine in a large bowl.
chop 1/2 of the purple onion and add chicken breast. let it marinade for 3 hours — if you’re short on time you can skip this step.
Air Fryer : we use the Instant Pot Duo and it’s our absolute favorite way to cook! not all air fryers are the same, this one is a duo so you can add the liquid into the pot while cooking on the air fryer setting. Set at 400 degrees and cook for 16-18mins.
Pan Skillet : add all liquids to the pan and cook on medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Bake : in a deep cooking dish place the chicken and the liquid sauce into the oven. 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Using the spinach as your salad base, chop up the remaining half purple onion and dice the 2 oranges. Once the chicken is done, add to the top of the salad. Add cilantro & the sesame ginger vinaigrette to your liking!
