Coconut Protein Bars

8-10 Pitted Medjool Dates

½ c. SFH Coconut Protein Powder : can replace with your favorite protein powder

½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

½ c. Coconut Shreds

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

¼ c. Coconut Milk : can sub almond milk

2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

Combine and blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

If not clumping or mixing, add in a little water until it becomes a nice, thick consistency. 

Spread out mix onto parchment paper in a pan and let set in the freezer for 30 mins. 

These will keep for 2-3 weeks in a sealed container. Keep cool to prevent melting.
