asian-inspired cabbage slaw
carbs
1 head purple cabbage : thinly sliced
1 large carrot : peeled & grated
one bunch cilantro : chopped keep stems
fats
3 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup avocado mayo : primal kitchen
sauce
1 tbsp ginger : finely grated
1/2 tsp chili paste : or to taste but we like it HOT!
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup rice vinegar
— cilantro optional
— don’t like spice? take out the chili paste
what to do
cut all the vegetables and set aside in large bowl.
add all fats & sauce ingredients into a jar with a lid—shake vigorously.
add the sauce to the vegetables and toss.
then enjoy!
