Flourless Banana Pancakes

compared to traditional pancakes made with flour, these flourless banana pancakes have a fraction of the calories but aaaall the flavors!
we like to make extra pancakes and keep them in the fridge and heat them up the next morning for a grab and go meal on the run.
can’t forget to mention kid-tested and mother-approved!

2 Eggs

1 Banana : soft
Fat
1 tbsp Butter (for the pan)
Spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix & mash all ingredients in a bowl or blender.
Heat pan with butter, pour 2 inch circle of batter.
Once you see the air bubbles form in the center, you flip!
Serve as is, or add your favorite toppings! We love adding almond butter, berries, or maple syrup.
