5 high protein breakfast ideas!

one of the things that has made the biggest change in our diets has been have a protein-packed breakfast. it sets the tone for the rest of the day and as we all know, protein keeps us fuller longer!

so, here are 5 breakfast ideas with 25g of protein or more :)

  1. greek yogurt with nuts and berries: top a serving of greek yogurt with a handful of mixed nuts and berries

  2. omelette with spinach and feta: whip up a three-egg omelette with a handful of spinach and some crumbled feta cheese.

  3. protein smoothie: blend a scoop of protein powder, a cup of almond milk, a banana, and a handful of spinach. or try our tasty mint chocolate smoothie if you want some extra pizazz !

  4. avocado and egg on toast: mash half an avocado on a slice of wholegrain toast and top with a poached egg.

  5. breakfast burrito: fill a whole wheat tortilla with scrambled eggs, black beans, shredded cheese, and salsa. and added protein if you fancy—my favorite substitute for sour cream is greek yogurt and let me tell you IT. IS. EVEN. BETTER. highly recommend.
