20 Minute TABATA – weights optional!
we’ve got a 20 minute TABATA coming at ya this week! All weights are optional, so do what you are comfortable with! Listen to your body and give this one a go! you’ll have 45 seconds to complete the movement and 15 seconds in between your next set—good luck!
5 rounds for quality; 45 sec on, 15 sec off
goblet squats :: kettlebell or dumbbell
split lunges :: dumbells
push-ups OR woman-makers :: dumbbells
mountain climbers
