MOVE — Get Outside + Get Moving
We are back in lockdown here in St Thomas — so the gym isn’t an option at the moment. Covid cases has been spiking daily and we’ve had to go back to finding workouts outside of the gym.
The anxiety of the unknowns on when we will be out of lockdown has forced to get MOVING — it’s the best way to move through those uncomfortable emotions.
After the morning Beach Workout at Magen’s Bay Beach, I took my favorite bag >> FR Adventure Sea Empack << outside and got my sweat on!

All you gotta do is take the straps off. Plus I always have one million things to carry with me — speaker, water bottle, swimsuit, snorkel, sunscreen, and my lioness booty bands.

20M SA Overhead Walk — keep your arm fully locked out and core engaged.
15 SA Curl + Lunge — whatever side the weight is on is the leg that should lunge back.
10 SA Push Press — dip, drive, squeeze your booty at the top.
5 Windmill — all about the hip shift. feet shoulder width apart, and tilt your feet in the direction you are hinging. POP that hip out, slight bend in the front leg. (these are challenging and no weight would also be an option)
