we’re back with another booty burner for you! so grab your lioness booty bands and LET’S GO!
for this one, we’ve got 4 rounds of 4 different movements for a quick—but effective!—workout. you can add this one to the beginning of your workout, as a burner on the end, or do it on its own!
remember, speed is not what counts here, we want quality over quantity. your reps should be at tempo.
4 rounds for quality
30 banded squats :: light blue band above your knees; slow tempo :: 3 second count down and 3 second count up
30 cha-cha’s (15R/15L) :: orange band around your ankles
30 fire hydrants (15 R/15L) :: heavier : light blue // lighter : dark blue above your knees
30 glute bridge open and close :: heavier : light blue // lighter : dark blue above your knees, stay elevated the whole time; slow tempo :: 2 second open with a pause and 2 second close
