the warm-up
3 sets, 30 seconds each
high knees
butt kicks
toy soldiers
walking lunges
the work
15 minute tabata :: 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest
narrow banded squat :: light or dark blue band just above the knees
side steps :: light or dark blue band just above the knees
donkey kicks :: dark blue band just above the knees
fire hydrants :: dark blue band just above the knees
cha-cha’s :: pink booty band just above the ankles
