set a 20 minute clock and work through these following movements, completing as many reps as you can.

  • 16 back rack reverse lunge

    • R/L = 1

    • can sub for a forward lunge

  • 24 russian twist

    • R/L = 1

  • 8 woman-makers

    • right pull + left pull + cluster
