Protein

1 lb. Ground Turkey

1 Egg

Carbs

¼ c. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

⅓ c. Parsley : chopped

Fat

⅓ c. Olive Oil : to cook the meatballs in

Spice

2 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Herbes de Provence seasoning

½ tsp. Pepper

Directions

Start by combining your ground turkey, flour, egg, and spices together into large mixing bowl. Once mixed, add in the parsley. Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 30min to help them become less sticky.

Make 1 1/2 inch balls — make sure they’re all similar in size to assure similar cooking time.

Pan Fry

Heat pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle the oil onto the hot pan. Place your meatballs into the pan and be sure to leave plenty of space between each. Cook for about 20 minutes total (~10 minutes on each side) or until completely cooked through. Be sure to flip & cook each side of the meatball until it reaches a nice golden brown color.

Air Fryer

Place meatballs inside air fryer, drizzle with oil. Cook at 400 degrees for 22 minutes, flipping over at the 11 minute mark.

Bake

Place meatballs on pan, I like to use tin foil to help with clean up. Pre-heat oven to 400. Drizzle meatballs with oil and cook for 24 minutes. Flip at the 12 minute mark.
